Originally known as a dermatology clinic, TONE set out to redefine itself as an inclusive, high-performance beauty-tech brand—one that blends medical credibility with modern aesthetics, accessibility, and personalization. As the brand evolved, its digital presence needed to evolve with it.

To support this transformation, TONE partnered with Storm Brain to execute a full-funnel digital overhaul—combining brand repositioning, scalable WordPress infrastructure, and performance marketing to reintroduce TONE to the market with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

TONE was ready for a new chapter, but its existing branding, website, and campaigns no longer reflected the company’s vision or growth ambitions. Messaging lacked clarity, UX did not support modern discovery or conversion behaviors, and the digital ecosystem wasn’t built to scale across paid media, SEO, or lifecycle marketing.

To successfully reposition as a beauty-tech brand, TONE needed a cohesive, high-performing digital foundation—one that aligned brand strategy, user experience, acquisition channels, and retention efforts under a single, unified system.

Storm Brain redefined TONE’s digital strategy from the ground up, beginning with brand positioning and messaging. A bold new aesthetic direction and unified brand architecture were introduced, aligning the business with the founder’s personal platform and mission while creating a more inclusive, approachable brand presence.

The website was fully redesigned and rebuilt in WordPress with a mobile-first UX and flexible modular components—empowering internal teams to manage content efficiently while supporting rapid iteration. In parallel, Storm Brain provided ongoing support for TONE’s WooCommerce storefront to ensure Ecommerce and service offerings operated seamlessly together.

To drive growth, Storm Brain launched a cross-channel paid media program across Meta and Google, leveraging persona-driven targeting, continuous A/B testing, and creative optimization to increase lead volume and reduce cost per acquisition. SEO audits, on-page optimization, and localized content strategy improved visibility across core service areas.

A Klaviyo-powered email marketing framework was developed to support lifecycle engagement, including a high-converting welcome series and seasonal campaign templates. Ongoing CRO, accessibility improvements, social media management, and monthly website updates ensure the platform continues to evolve alongside the brand.
