Products are sold in national retail outlets nationwide, and the brand wanted to enhance the brand strategy and design presentation to highlight education, brand promises and culture, and significantly improve site speed, conversion, and overall performance. The existing site lacked personality, intuitive user experience and store organization.

We led with a full brand repositioning—refining the messaging, tone, and visual identity through interactive strategy workshops and competitive analysis. New UI/UX design enhancements brought personality and clarity to the digital experience, aligning the site with the brand’s core values and promises. The rebuild was executed on Shopify Plus, enabling a fast, scalable, and conversion-optimized platform. Features like a personalized lash quiz, interactive education tools, lookbook integration, and a robust subscription model were seamlessly integrated. Shopify Plus also supported advanced store organization with filtering, category navigation, and performance optimizations that brought the in-store experience online—and elevated it.
