RISE wasn’t entering the market as “just another” industrial property. Its location, infrastructure, and purpose were built to attract serious tenants, but the brand needed to convey that ambition instantly in a crowded category where many developments look and sound interchangeable. The challenge was to distill the story of the building—its scale, credibility, and future-forward positioning—into a modern identity system that felt premium, differentiated, and durable enough to endure beyond a single campaign or leasing cycle.
The Solution
Storm Brain began with strategic exploration to uncover the deeper symbolism behind the name RISE, drawing from themes of elevation, movement, momentum, and the Phoenix region itself. Those insights guided a bold, clean, future-facing identity direction. The final logo system paired geometric strength with visual lift, supported by a warm-yet-industrial color palette, precise typography, and a scalable visual language built to perform across signage, marketing, print collateral, and digital touchpoints. To ensure consistent execution at speed, we designed a comprehensive brand guide detailing logo usage, voice and tone, photography direction, and real-world applications—equipping internal teams and external partners with clear standards they could apply immediately.
