Custom logo design, and a comprehensive brand guide to establish RISE as a premium industrial property brand rooted in strength, growth, and intention.
— The Challenge
RISE isn’t just another industrial property—it’s a flagship facility built to support high-performance manufacturing at scale. But to succeed in a crowded market, SENTRE needed a brand that could express the full potential of the building: its location, infrastructure, purpose, and story. The challenge was to distill all of this into a modern brand system that communicated both ambition and credibility.
— The Approach
We began with strategic exploration, uncovering the deeper symbolism behind the name Rise—drawing from themes of movement, elevation, and the Phoenix area itself. This inspired a brand identity that was bold, clean, and future-facing. The final logo system paired geometric strength with visual lift, supported by a warm yet industrial color palette, precise typography, and a scalable visual language. We wrote and designed a full brand guide detailing logo usage, voice and tone, photography direction, and applications across signage, print, and digital. Each element was crafted to elevate perception and cement RISE as the standard in modern industrial real estate.
