NAHREP

Unifying Mission and Messaging for a National Movement.

A comprehensive brand strategy initiative that aligned NAHREP and three affiliated brands under one unified voice—resulting in four distinct, 100+ page brand guidelines that empower consistent communication, cultural clarity, and future scalability.

The Challenge

As NAHREP’s influence grew across sectors, audiences, and affiliate organizations, their core brand began to fragment. Without a central voice or cohesive identity, messaging became inconsistent and diluted across channels, limiting both engagement and organizational effectiveness. NAHREP needed a complete brand realignment strategy to unify its platform while honoring the unique identities of each affiliated brand.

The Approach

We began with discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover the disconnects across NAHREP’s national organization and its affiliated entities. From there, we conducted a full brand audit and synthesized insights into a unified brand platform—clarifying the organization’s purpose, promise, principles, and personality. This resulted in us restructuring the organization’s architecture, positioning NAHREP as one of the three brands under one overarching and aligned brand, the Hispanic Wealth Project. Using Figma, we translated these strategic foundations into four fully custom, 100+ page brand guideline systems—each tailored to reflect the individual identity of NAHREP’s affiliated brands while maintaining alignment with the parent brand, the Hispanic Wealth Project. These guidelines detailed everything from messaging frameworks and tone to visual standards and brand applications, designed to be actionable across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. An extension of the brand guidelines included event design strategies for promotion and event materials, with pre-, in-, and post-event marketing guidelines. We also supported executive recruitment efforts, guided marketing alignment, and equipped NAHREP’s internal teams with tools and systems to scale brand consistency with confidence.
