The Challenge
Each legacy escrow firm entered the consolidation with its own branding, messaging, processes, and digital footprint. As a newly formed entity, Forefront Escrow had no shared design system, inconsistent messaging across audiences, and no centralized digital foundation. The challenge was to build a brand and platform from the ground up—one that honored the reputations and trust built by each firm while establishing a single, modern identity that could scale across regions, service lines, and future growth.
The Solution
Storm Brain led Forefront Escrow through a full brand development and digital transformation, beginning with strategic discovery to align brand positioning, naming conventions, and audience segmentation. From that foundation, we designed a clean, modern logo and comprehensive visual identity system to serve as the cornerstone for all branded materials, both digital and offline. We then designed and developed a responsive WordPress website built on a modular architecture with 65+ mix-and-match content components, giving the Forefront team flexibility to manage content across locations and services without development dependency. UX and content strategy emphasized clarity, accessibility, and trust—ensuring the platform served first-time visitors, long-standing agent partners, and internal teams equally well. SEO best practices were implemented across site structure and content, and hands-on CMS training empowered the team to manage updates confidently.
